“The hotel was very nice. Our room was large and spacious. I really liked the layout of the room and felt the price was very reasonable. The info we received stated that housekeeping was not done on the weekends, which was fine. But I was expecting at least 1-2 times that our room would be refreshed during the week and it was not. We stayed Sat through Wed. Other than that, location was good. We would consider staying again.”

“The day staff was amazing! Engaging and welcoming. One of the entrances wouldn't register my card to let me in, the other didn't need a card, we just walked in. Having to exchange our towels to get fresh ones was not a comfortable experience. The fire alarm and evacuation at 5 am the day of our event was unavoidable but still disturbing.”

“The hotel is old, not well maintened. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms are not clean and hotel in general is not clean”

“Gross and disgusting room. First room smelled of weed and had a CBD cartridge in the drawer. The bedbug cover was torn and stained; underneath had small black specs. We were offered a second room which, upon entering smelled strongly of bleach and other cleaning supplies. I inspected the beds to which I found large, brownish, red stains and splotches all over the underskirt. We were offered a third room and declined, nauseated by what we saw. Asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one...

“The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. However, the pool was freezing cold and the water was cloudy. The breakfast is alright although the selection is very limited and commercial. Not bad overall but the pool situation was a disappointment. Management needs to look into this.”

“Be advised that although they advertise microwave under room amenities it is located in the lobby in a corner.”
